Mexico is one of the many beautiful locations when traveling to tropical destinations.

I had been planning a gettaway for months. I would dream of a gorgeous crystal blue ocean and endless margaritas relaxing in the sun. I brainstormed different countries to travel when finally I agreed on booking my flight to Cancun Mexico.

My next mission was to pick the most perfect resort that would fill all of my needs. I wanted our room to have a balcony with a gorgeous view of the ocean as well as somewhere that had multiple dinning restaurants within the resort.

It took days of searching when I finally came across the Paradisus Resort. It had everything I wanted and more! The view from my room was breath taking. I opened the doors to the balcony which had an amazing sea breeze and view. I had never expierienced something like this before. I was in awe.

This was one trip to remember! The meals were spectacular and the service was unbelieveable.

When I first arrived at the resort I was able to choose between six different restaurants to make reservations for. My favorite was the Bana restaurant, which was a contemporary Pan-Asian restaurant that added a global element to the Paradisus’ dining experience. It was Located in a beautiful and soothing Zen terrace. It is the ideal location for anyone wanting to be in the center of it all. The Asian fusion menus include both Western and Eastern style sushi being served. The food was fantastic and I absolutely loved the atmosphere in the evening. It’s truly a magical experience if you have never been. Here is a rundown of the other favorite restaurants.

Market Grill Restaurant: Experience an oceanfront dining delight where sea breezes and freshly grilled food make for unforgettably satisfying meals. Market Grill serves a Brazilian fusion menu. Prime cuts of beef and fresh, healthy salads are house favorites.
Blue Agave Restaurant: Tacos and tequila are a match made in Cancun beach heaven. This Paradisus resort favorite offers Mexican staples and a wide assortment of authentic foods, tequilas and beers. The friendly staff takes you on a tour of the country’s flavors.
Vento Restaurant: The Mediterranean serves as the inspiration for Vento. The breezy, palm-lined terrace sets the mood for the light, fresh Mediterranean-inspired menu. For Diner you can enjoy pizza from a wood-fired oven.

One of my favorite things to do in the hotel was waking up early for breakfast and bottomless mimosas. I would head down to the Naos Restaurant which had every breakfast food you could think of. After filling my plate with scrumptious waffles and omelets I would sit out at a table with a view of the pool and the ocean. I wish every morning was this relaxing!

This resort was an all inclusive. The servers were always friendly and made sure I had a drink in my hand at all times. I added fresh rasberries as an extra delight.

If you are looking for a clean resort in Mexico This is the one you should book.

The room was completely spotless and luxurious, it felt better than home. My bed was always made to perfection and the comfort was exquisite. The smell of fresh linen lingered in the room which was a pleasent and refreshing compared to other hotel experiences. My amenities were organized to perfection and also spotless. This included our coffee maker, fridge and microwave. All of which looked brand new. Cleanliness not only lied within the room but was throughout the entire hotel.

The Pool, The Cabana And The Nightlife. The best was saved for last!

Let’s first start with how exciting the pool was! This pool had shows that would amaze you. From Dancers to jet-packs and even taking pictures with monkeys our pool had it all. Not only did I have shows but there were multiple pool locations to choose from and different bar huts on every corner. One of my favorite memories was sitting at the pool bar where the seats were located under water.

The Cabana was by far the best part of the trip. The cabana is basically a private beach experience where you lie on a cozy bed under a covered roof. Here I was brought Lobster, Crab and Crafted Drinks to my liking all with a beautiful unobstructed view of the ocean. I kicked back , sipped Mojitos and watched the waves roll in.

A day the Paradisus is so peaceful, At night its one of the greatest parties iv ever been to. The music was phenomenal and the atmosphere was astounding! I was blown away, I met some of the greatest people ever, who were also experiencing Mexico like I was and tipped me off on some of the coolest spots I could visit that were only known by locals. We Danced all night and looked out at the ocean off our rooms balcony when the evening came to an end. It was one of the best days of my life.
